How does Cellar's discard and draw work, including reshuffles?
The rulebook's card description says this directly, and forum replies agree.

Choose and discard all the cards at once, then draw that many; discarding two draws two. Cellar cannot discard itself, since it is no longer in your hand. If your deck runs out, the discards (already in your discard pile) are shuffled into the new deck, so you can draw them again.
