When Crown is played in your Buy phase, is it played as a Treasure, and does its effect depend on the phase?
Crown is always both an Action and a Treasure. Its effect depends on the phase you play it in: in the Action phase it plays an Action from your hand twice, and in the Buy phase it plays a Treasure twice. You do not play it as one type or the other.
