If Secret Chamber is your Bane card and you react to Young Witch by moving it, can you still reveal it as the Bane card?

No. The Bane reveal happens after Young Witch's draw and discard, so if Secret Chamber's reaction put it back on your deck, it is no longer in your hand to reveal.
