If Encampment is played but no Gold or Plunder is revealed and the Encampment pile is out of cards, where does the Encampment go?
It is set aside for the rest of the game and then returns to your deck before final scoring, since it could not be returned to the Supply. Designer confirmed this for Encampment gained from the Black Market.
