How does Saboteur choose and replace cards?
The victim reveals cards, shuffling the discard pile if needed without reshuffling already revealed cards, until one costing $3 or more is found. They trash it and may gain a card costing at most $2 less; gaining is optional. Current costs apply, so Bridge changes what counts.
