How do Tiara and Crown interact when one plays the other?

Each of these cards plays another card twice, and you do what it says each time. Crowning a Tiara gives +1 Buy for each of the two Tiara plays, and each plays a different Treasure twice. Tiara playing Crown gives one fewer Buy, since Tiara is played only once. In an Action phase, Crown replays Action cards instead.
