Does the second printing of Cornucopia & Guilds change how any cards work?

Yes, a few. The designer lists the Coffers mat (can convert at any time, not only in the Buy phase), clearer Overpay wording, Butcher and Young Witch wording, and Merchant Guild no longer being 'while in play' (errata). Some other cards differ only in appearance.
