Does Enchantress keep a Lighthouse in play so it protects you and pays +$1 on your next turn?

No. Enchantress does not stop Lighthouse's below-the-line abilities, but Lighthouse has nothing left to do that keeps it in play, so it is discarded at clean-up. Its +$1 never happens, so nothing keeps it out.
