Does an opponent's Enchantress change Crown played in your Buy phase?

Yes. Enchantress affects Crown even when it is played in the Buy phase, because Crown is an Action. So if Enchantress is in play and you have not played an Action, Crown only draws a card and gives an Action, and playing it in the Action phase is usually better.
