Do Harem, Nobles and Great Hall count as both of their types for Library, Scout, Thief and Mine?
The Intrigue rulebook states that dual-type cards are both types for all purposes, and forum replies agree.

Yes. The Intrigue rulebook says Harem, Mill and Nobles are both types for all purposes. Nobles is an Action for Library and Lurker, Harem is a Treasure for Thief and Mine, and Scout can put any Victory card, including Harem, into your hand.
