Can you repay Debt with Treasure during your turn?

Only when you could legally play the Treasure, which is normally the Buy phase. Any coins you have can repay Debt at any point in your turn, even mid-card (for example from Souk or Mountain Shrine), but this does not let you play Treasures early. One poster believes Coffers can be cashed in at any time.
