Can Smugglers gain a Province if Bridge lowered its cost earlier on your turn?
Yes. Smugglers checks the cost of the card it copies when it is played, so a Bridge played on your turn can lower a Province to cost 6 or less and let Smugglers gain it. The rulebook sentence on Smugglers was clumsy rather than restrictive.
