How do you win or lose Decrypto?
Stated in the rulebook's Goal section.

You win by collecting 2 Interception tokens, and lose by collecting 2 Miscommunication tokens. You gain an Interception token when you correctly guess the other team's code, and a Miscommunication token when your own team fails to decode your Encryptor's code.
