Is a clue that is a longer form of the keyword legal, like NIGHT for NIGHTMARE or BUTTERY for BUTTER?
The publisher said it was allowed in 2018 while the rulebook's wording points the other way, so this stays contested.

Not in the spirit of the game, and the rulebook says you may not use a Keyword as a clue. The publisher noted in 2018 that the printed play example (NIGHT for NIGHTMARE) was allowed by the rules as printed, and that later prints might change it. Treat it as a house-rule question and agree before play.
