How does Recurring Trauma keep and resolve a Mythos card?

When you draw a Mythos card without a summoning symbol on top, it is resolved normally and then kept beside Recurring Trauma, replacing any card there. It is resolved again only when a sanity threshold triggers it, and it returns to the deck when the Mythos deck is reshuffled. A card whose text mentions a summoning symbol (like The Sleeper Awakens) is still kept.
