Yes — the lead developer ruled in 2020 that level 4's "Instead" only replaces the three-sneak limit, so you still deal 1 wound to each enemy you sneak past. The later Fear of the Unknown rulebook text says the same. A 2025 forum reply claimed an official erratum reversed this, but no such document is in our sources and the newer rulebook wording contradicts it.
