How do Cthulhu's body parts work: movement, Conditions and rerolls?

A destroyed body part still counts as a space for movement; investigators on it stay there; and only Conditions attached to dashboards add dice to his attacks. Rerolls to change his attack are made together, and the final result applies to all investigators. From the Yellow Gate you can attack the Feet; from the Final Vortex, Feet and Hands.
