With no opposing discs on the board, what must a shot achieve to be legal?

At least one disc moved by your shot must finish inside or touching the 15-point circle, and a disc in the 20 hole counts. It can be the disc you flicked or one it knocked along. If none ends there, the shooter and every disc it touched go to the ditch.
