How does the smaller Ionium game for two or three players work?
The rulebook recommends omitting the B cities on Ionium.

Leave out the cities marked B, which removes the three Italian provinces, and cover that area with the separate card display. The rulebook recommends this for a tighter 2 or 3 player game.
