What are the setup details of the two-player competitive variant with Contrarius?

Setup matches solo mode, including Contrarius taking the first Minerva (specialist) card from the sales display. Starting VP depends on the difficulty you choose. Between the two humans, the Praefectus Magnus holder can break ties as in ordinary Concordia; if Contrarius is tied, the Concordia card holder should win, since Contrarius never owns the Praefectus Magnus. Each human also gets a one-use VETO to re-roll a Contrarius die.
