After taking the Prefect's coin bonus on Roma, can I move a sea colonist?

Yes, exactly one sea colonist advances one step. You collect the printed bonuses on the route, may build in a port city you reach, and reaching Byzantium can end the game if it uses your last house as the scoring marker. The designer also confirmed you can choose the coin bonus when the province shows no coins. This extra move is specific to the Roma map.
