Does Clan Stewart get its £1 once per action or once per type of good traded?
The publisher account answered this in 2018, and the rulebook text agrees.

Once per type of good traded, however many units. A Neighbourhood bonus purchase of three different goods in one turn pays £3 extra on top of the normal Trade, and when buying the £1 arrives before you pay.
