In the solo game, do I track imported goods on the Export board?
The designer answered this directly in 2017, and the rulebook text agrees.

It depends on the printing. The rulebook text and the designer's 2017 ruling say not to move the markers and so there is no £1 bonus at the 5 and 10 marks, though imported goods still score from your fulfilled contracts at game end. Players say the 2018 reprint removed that instruction, so you may track normally and take the £1 bonus; check your copy.
