What do I pay with the Neighbourhood bonus, and can the discount take a price below the market's lowest space?
The publisher said the opponent receives nothing; the below-minimum and marker-position points rest on agreeing player posts.

You pay the bank the current price minus £2 for a Basic good or minus £3 for a Processed good (for example Whisky at £10 costs £7). Players play that the discount may go below the track's lowest price. The marker then moves one step per good from the undiscounted position, as in a normal trade. The opponent whose unit you touch receives nothing.
