Is the Neighbourhood bonus limit of three goods per neighbouring unit, or per good type?
The designer answered this directly in 2017, and the rulebook text agrees.

Per good type per turn: at most three of the same Good (four in a 2-player game), however many opponent units of that kind you touch. Neighbouring two Cheese dairies still lets you buy only three Cheese, and the cap is shared if two bonuses fire in one turn. Touching units that make different goods lets you buy up to the limit of each.
