How do Clan Sinclair's loch-skipping and land-skipping abilities work?
The Industria rulebook describes Railroad Reach.

Railroad Reach lets Sinclair skip over empty or opponent-occupied spaces when expanding: £2 to skip exactly one land space (then gain a Bonus upgrade), or £2 per loch space skipped, which can also be used to claim a Port. The skip cannot be used to enter a space already in normal reach, and the land and loch abilities cannot be combined.
