When a bonus lets me move a unit, do I pay land cost, and does it trigger bonuses?
The publisher account confirmed the land-cost point, and the Industria rulebook section 4.4 states both rules.

Moving costs no land cost for the new space (it was paid when the unit was first placed). Moving also does not trigger the Neighbourhood bonus, a Farmers Market or the Building bonus; those fire only when a unit is placed from your Player board.
