Does a unit Clan MacPherson breeds in Production trigger the Neighbourhood bonus, and can a Port tile swap a sheep for a cheese?
No bonus: placement outside your turn's Action phase does not trigger the Neighbourhood bonus. And yes, a Port tile swap can replace a sheep with another unit type such as a cheese dairy, since MacPherson's ability covers only animals and the port effect is general.
