Can I fulfil more than one Export contract in the same turn?
The rulebook's 7. Fulfil an Export Contract section states this.

No (except Clan Buchanan, who may fulfil up to two). Fulfilling is a single action on the one contract in your box. You can still fulfil several contracts in one Action phase, one per turn, taking a fresh contract between them.
