How are Export scoring points split when players tie?
The rulebook's Export Scoring section states this.

Tied players share the VP of the places they occupy, rounded down. Example: in a 3-player game two players tied for first split 12+6 = 18 and get 9 each, while a tie for second splits the 6, giving 3 each. In a 2-player game a tie for first gives 4 VP each.
