Only tokens that say to keep them until used: the healing, Swiftness and Strength potions, Greater Healing, plus Treasure, Chalice and Dragon Egg which you hold for the game. Skill Boost, Flash of Brilliance and Greater Skill Boost resolve immediately, and Magic Spring resolves at end of that turn. A two-sword potion is used all at once, not split across turns.
