How do Ring of Wishes and Scorpion Queen work?

Ring of Wishes: you make three separate choices, each from all options (Gold, Boot or remove a Curse), so any combination is allowed. Scorpion Queen's reward drops by one Gold per Curse you have, but not below zero.
