How exactly does a Dragon Attack resolve?

Put all cubes from the Clank Area into the Dragon Bag, shake, and draw as many cubes as the number on the Dragon marker's Rage Track space. Black cubes are set aside; a cube of a player's colour is 1 damage to that player, placed on their Health Meter. Cubes not drawn stay in the bag. Pending Clank is always added to the bag first, including for countdown attacks.
