Do cards in my discard pile score at game end?
The rulebook says an acquired card in the discard pile is part of your deck, and scoring counts cards in your deck.

Yes. Your deck is your draw pile, hand and discard pile together, so every card you own counts for its victory points, in any pile. A new card is placed in the discard pile and is part of your deck at once.
