How and when do React cards work?

When an opponent's turn (or the end-of-turn Dungeon Row refill) meets the React condition, you may play the card from hand to your play area and draw a replacement; you can wait until later in that turn, and a drawn card may React too. You get its Skill, text and symbols only on your next turn, and playing it on your own turn gives no extra draw. Any number of matching Reacts can trigger.
