Mostly the card-based ones, with some sorting. Players report that the original Clank! cards, Adventuring Party and the Legacy packs work, while the map-based expansions (Gold and Silk, Sunken Treasures, Temple of the Ape Lords, The Mummy's Curse) use fixed boards rather than Catacombs' laid tiles, so their maps don't drop in without substantial modification. About a fifth of the Catacombs deck uses new mechanics (lockpicks, prisoners, ghosts, wayshrines), so cards that refer to them may do nothing in other games. If you mix in older cards you still need the Catacombs lockpick pieces, otherwise only Market Keys open locked tunnels. These notes come from players, not from a published rule.
