Do I collect Wayshrine gold again if I step onto a Wayshrine that already has my cube?
The designer ruled it and it matches the rulebook.

No. You gain the gold only when you place your cube, once per Wayshrine, and gold equals the number of Wayshrines you have marked. You can't mark the same Wayshrine twice.
