They take no normal turns. On each of their turns they move the Clank area cubes into the bag, ignore the Rage Track and Danger cards, and draw exactly four cubes (six in a two-player game), taking damage like in a dragon attack. There is no turn countdown as in the original Clank!: the game ends when every player is out, or the bag is empty after an attack. Their own cubes stay in the bag and keep being drawn, which is why the endgame can cascade.
