How often can I collect a room's reward (gold, minor secret, Monkey Idol, healing)?
The rulebook says you get a room's reward once each turn and must re-enter later to get it again.

Once per turn, and only when you enter the room. Starting your turn there gives nothing; you must leave and re-enter on a later turn. Different rooms each give their own reward in the same turn. Monkey Idols follow the same rule, until the three idols run out.
