Do Arrive effects trigger when a card replaces one in the Dungeon Row?
The rulebook says Arrive resolves when a card is revealed in the row, and players agree on Remove Traps and where the replaced card goes.

Yes. A replacement card entering the row triggers its Arrive text, and the Arrive text resolves before any dragon attack from the refill. The card that was replaced goes to the discard pile with defeated monsters and used devices, not back into the dungeon deck.
