Does Dagrun get her extra Destiny card when a helmet sends her to the Sage's Hut?
Yes. The rulebook says her Prophetic Vision is a complete Sage's Hut action, using Dagrun's ability to draw two Destiny cards and keep one. Some players read it as not a visit and play it without the extra card.
