Are the market tiles and first-round cards visible when players pick their Viking Leader?
The publisher answered this directly in the rules thread, and it follows the rulebook's setup order.

Market stall tiles are placed during setup, before leaders are chosen, so everyone can see them. The Troll, Draugr, Monster and other round cards only come out at the start of round 1, so they are unknown when you choose.
