Column 2 builds a wood building 1 wood cheaper, column 3 a stone building 1 stone cheaper, column 4 a residence 1 denier cheaper, column 5 a prestige building at full price. No worker or matching building on the road is needed; you build immediately, one building, and the benefit is lost if you cannot.
