When I recall employees at an income event, what exactly do I collect?
The rulebook describes transport income per employee and project income once per round.

You choose how many employees to bring back from that region in one go. Each returned employee earns transport income at your current track level in that region, and once per round you also collect income from all uncovered project-tab spaces, even if several employees return. If no employee returns, you get no income. Project income is not multiplied by the number returned.
