Blood Rage
Can I complete a quest for a province that has been destroyed by Ragnarök?
The rulebook puts the Quest phase before Ragnarök and says destroyed provinces are out of the game.

No, not once it is destroyed: it is out of the game, so nobody has strength there and a ship in the adjoining fjord cannot give it any. Quests are resolved before the Ragnarök phase each Age, so a province doomed later that same Age still counts. If every province of a region is destroyed, that region's quests cannot be completed.
