Does Yggdrasil have to be pillaged before the Age ends by pillaging?
Yes. Yggdrasil counts as one of the provinces, so the "every province pillaged" trigger waits for it too. If nobody can or wants to pillage it, the Age still ends when everyone is out of Rage.
