Blood Rage
Does a Monster upgrade also let you invade with the monster for free?
The official FAQ 1.1 states this plainly; the rulebook summary words the monster upgrade differently.

Yes. The official FAQ says that playing a Troop (Warrior, Leader, Ship) or Monster upgrade lets you invade with that figure immediately without paying its Rage. The rulebook summary here only says the monster is added to your reserve, so the FAQ is the clearer statement. Clan upgrades, such as the Mystics, do not give a free invade.
