Can you invade or march into a province that has already been pillaged?
Several players agree; the rulebook summary only restricts pillaging a province twice.

Yes. A pillaged province can still receive figures; the only restriction is that it cannot be pillaged again this Age (barring a special ability). Doing so can still pay off through Ragnarök Glory or quest progress.
