Is the basic wild ? tile used when playing with the advanced Technology tiles?
No — when you use the advanced Technology tiles, the basic wild ? tiles go back in the box and everyone starts with the four standard tiles (dam, elevation, conduit, powerhouse). For an easier first game you may leave the wild tile in.
