How often can a Private Building be activated in a round?
Several players agree on the limit and the exceptions; no staff post.

The normal activation, placing Engineers on it, is once per building per round, though you may use several different buildings. Other effects can add activations, such as the Level 1 advanced tile or Margot Fouché, who reactivates a building for one Engineer and the normal cost.
